Return policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), if the Customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person who purchases products for purposes unrelated to their professional activity), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the products, without any penalty and without the need to provide explanations.
2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a request within 14 days of receiving the products to the email address: info@n4labnutrition.com indicating:
- First and last name
- Order number
- Date of receipt
- Products to be returned
3. Return of products
Once authorization is received, the Customer must return the products intact, in their original packaging, with all labels, without signs of use or damage. Return costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise specified.
4. Products excluded from withdrawal
For hygiene and health reasons, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on food supplement products that have been opened, used, or are missing their original seal.
5. Refund
If the return is correctly made, N4LAB Nutrition will refund the Customer the total amount paid (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days from the date it was informed of the decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are normally borne by the Customer. The refund includes the price of the returned products and any standard delivery costs incurred by the Customer for the initial delivery.
