2. Subject of the contract
These General Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products made remotely via the internet on the website www.n4labnutrition.com , in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Legislative Decree 70/2003 on e-commerce.
3. Acceptance of conditions
By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these Conditions of Sale. The sales contract is considered concluded when N4LAB Nutrition sends the order confirmation via email.
4. Purchase method
The Customer can only purchase the products present in the online catalog at the time of the order. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not be perfectly representative of the actual product. N4LAB Nutrition is not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions.
5. Prices
All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT , unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are indicated separately before order confirmation.
6. Payment methods
The following payment methods are accepted:

- PayPal
- Klarna
- Shopify Payments
Payment data is managed directly by the provider through secure systems. N4LAB Nutrition does not store or have access to card data.
7. Shipping and delivery
Shipments are made exclusively in Italy, unless otherwise indicated. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to causes not attributable to the seller.
The Customer is required to verify the integrity of the package upon delivery. Any anomalies must be immediately reported to the courier with the words "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION" .
8. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to open sealed products or used supplements. To exercise the right of withdrawal, send communication via email to info@n4labnutrition.com.
9. Legal guarantee of conformity
The products sold are covered by a legal guarantee of 24 months pursuant to articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code. The defect must be reported within 2 months of discovery.
10. Product warnings
Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. In case of pregnancy, breastfeeding or pathologies, consult your doctor before use.
11. Responsibility
N4LAB Nutrition is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products or for delays due to force majeure.
12. Privacy and data protection
The processing of personal data takes place in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy available on the website.
13. Applicable law and competent court
The contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the competent court is that of the Customer's place of residence or domicile. In other cases, the exclusive jurisdiction is that of the Court of Palermo.

All content on the site is the property of N4LAB Nutrition and protected by current copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
